At Buff and Beyond Detail, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

 

Cancellations

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window:

You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time for a full refund or to reschedule at no additional charge.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, no refund will be issued, as your booking time was reserved specifically for you.

 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, the original payment will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked with a new payment.

 

No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your payment will be non-refundable, and future bookings may require prepayment.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or in the rare event that Buff and Beyond Detail must cancel your appointment.
