Welcome to Buff and Beyond Detail! By booking a service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or purchasing any detailing service.

1. Appointments and Scheduling
• Appointments are required for all detailing services.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or modify appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours requires a new booking and payment.

3. Vehicle Condition
• Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. Buff and Beyond Detail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
• Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, excessive dirt, stains, etc.) may require additional time or incur extra charges, which will be discussed before the service begins.
• If a vehicle’s condition prevents safe or effective detailing, service may be refused at the technician’s discretion.

4. Payments
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, or approved electronic payment methods.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Liability
• Buff and Beyond Detail takes great care to provide high-quality, professional service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or defects revealed during cleaning.
• We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures that occur during or after detailing.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can make it right.

7. Weather Policy
• Some services may be postponed or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions to ensure quality and safety. Clients will be notified as early as possible.

• All customer information collected during booking is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling, service, and communication purposes.

• Buff and Beyond Detail reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
